Pursuant to the Order EHA/693/2008, of March 10 (B.O.E. [Official State Gazette] number 65, of 15-3-2008), the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Economy and Finance is enabled for the
reception of the standard forms
corresponding to certain procedures and services which, in Passive Classes matters, are the competence of the General Directorate of Personnel Costs and Public Pensions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
This is an alternative to in situ submittal in any of the places indicated in art. 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, on the Legal Regime of the Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure. Consequently, once the standard form has been submitted for the procedures indicated in the Electronic Registry there is no need to submit it to any other public registry.
Most of the standard forms for Passive Classes questions which may be submitted through the Electronic Registry of the Ministry of Economy and Finance
may include a maximum of 5 attached files or other electronic
documentation up to 2.5 megabytes.
The application forms have an "
" (ATTACH) button for attaching electronic files". Press this this button and choose the file to be included as an ATTACHMENT. The system permits several attachments and the deletion of files as long as this is done before the file is submitted.
Once the application has been completed you will be prompted to sign and submit it. The system will generate an "
acknowledgement of receipt
" whose contents fulfil the provisions of article 9.2 of the aforementioned Order EHA/693/2008, and which the user may print or save.
Nevertheless, with the "
" option, the user will have access to previous information which can they can read again or retrieve.
The system also makes allows the user to add information or complete any application or formality submitted on a previous occasion.
